Behaviors are controlled animations of models, or parts of models in your scene. They can be added to Alternatives or Storyboards
to bring dynamic actions and functional explanations to your presentations.
Press the B key to use the Behaviors interface. The following types of animated behaviors are available, depending on your version of
Showcase:
- —Set selected objects to rotate around the floor origin, either as a turntable or rotisserie.
- —Animate selected objects by transforming them and setting “key frames” within Showcase.
- —Set up selected objects to activate presentation items during a Showcase Presentation.
- —Set up selected objects to use an FBX file for complex keyframe animations.
Note
Not all forms of animated Behaviors can be created in all versions of Showcase, but files that contain Behaviors with 3D Triggers
can be played back in all versions of Showcase, including the free Showcase Viewer.
