Note: The ‘Additional Features of the Help’ section explains how to view this help system on another computer, and how to change the stylesheet (for example, to change font sizes).
The Help window is divided into two frames: the Navigation frame on the left and the Topic frame on the right. The Topic frame shows the Help topics. At the top of the Navigation frame there are links to the three navigation panels:
Contents shows the Help’s table of contents.
Index shows the Help’s index (with ‘A’ entries initially displayed).
Search shows the Search tool.
Each topic page shows context links for the previous and next topics, as well as the current chapter:
Click the Previous link (or Previous button
) to display the previous topic in the chapter.
When the chapter’s first topic appears, there is no Previous link.
Click the Next link (or Next button
) to display the next topic in the chapter.
When the chapter’s last topic appears, there is no Next link.
Click the Chapter/Appendix link to display the list of topics in the current chapter (or appendix).
Within each topic, the Top button
appears after section titles so you can easily jump to the top of the
current topic.
The Zoom button
appears beside some images on topic pages. Click the button to display the full-size image,
then click the Return to Topic link (or click the Back button in your browser) to continue viewing the topic.
