Opens the window and allows you to manage canvases and construction planes.
To make a canvas active
Click a canvas in the editor to make it active. It becomes highlighted in yellow. Only one canvas can be active at once. This
is the canvas on which new layers are created.
Note
Sketching on a canvas will also make that canvas active.
Only the layers of the active canvas are displayed in the . (See Windows > Editors > Canvas Layer Editor).
To pick canvases
Do one of the following:
- Click the icon (to the left of the canvas name). To pick more than one canvas, hold down the key.
- Choose Pick > Object and click the canvas.
To transform canvases
- Pick one or more canvas(es)
- Choose , , or from the tab of the Palette.

Items in the Display menu affect the display of planes in all modeling windows. To change the display of planes on a per-window
basis, see WindowDisplay > Toggles > Canvas Planes.
