The Preferences window lets you view and set MotionBuilder default and operational preferences.
To access the MotionBuilder preferences:
After modifying the options in any of the Preferences window’s panes, click OK to activate the changes.
For some of the changes in preferences to take effect, a dialog box appears informing you that MotionBuilder must be restarted.

Be careful when you change preferences, as the Preferences window contains configurable options that refer to the operation of MotionBuilder on your computer.
