Creates curves-on-surface along lines of constant curvature.
Curvature Control
-
-
Choose the method of calculating curvature on the surface:
– Average the two principal curvatures at each point on the surface.
– Multiply the two principal curvatures at each point on the surface.
– Use the minimum or maximum curvature values (that is, the curvature of the steepest or flattest curves that pass through
each point).
or curvature is most useful for detecting surface irregularities. or curvature is most useful for detecting inflection points.
-
-
Enter the curvature value for the iso-curvature lines you want to create.
The tool creates curves-on-surface along these lines of constant curvature.
-
-
The quality of the curve-on-surface projection, from 1 to 6. The higher the value, the more precise the result. Use low values
for draft quality, use higher values for final results.
