A file that contains an encrypted license string, allowing you to run Maya on your workstation. It is the end result of the licensing process.
This file is named aw*.dat and is located in the C:\flexlm directory (Windows) or the /var/flexlm directory (Mac OSX/Linux).
When you reinstall the operating system, you need to back up this file.
