Each actor's current frame in a specified animation cycle, based on the actor's speed compared to the action's speed in a CrowdFX simulation. Normally this attribute is not set (CrowdFX_Actor_CurrentFrameInCycle is actually used by the simulation for the looking up the deformer transformations), but you can enable it for debugging purposes by using Get Current Frame in Cycle in an ICE tree on the Point_Cloud object. The value includes the offset set by Initial Frame in Initialize Locomotion Data or Initialize Stadium Data.
