Creating Colour Correction Soft Effects

Use the Colour Correction soft effect to add colour corrections to elements directly on the timeline or combine this soft effect with the EditDesk Triptych Player for colour matching. You can also colour correct segments on the timeline using the Colour Warper tool. 2D and 3D vectorscopes are available from the EditDesk to help you match colours accurately.

To create a Colour Correction soft effect:

  1. Select the element to which you want to apply the colour correction.
  2. Click the CC soft effect button (or press Alt+4 from the EditDesk record timeline).

The Colour Correction quick menu appears.

  3. Modify any of the values for contrast, offset, gain, saturation, or hue.
  4. To display the Colour Warper quick menu, click CC.
