Audio
tracks are divided into subframes. There are 100 subframes of audio
for every frame of video. When trimming audio tracks, you can trim
on a subframe level by holding down the Shift key
while you trim.
NoteYou cannot trim on a subframe level when
simultaneously trimming audio and video tracks.
