You can use a Filter command to smooth out tracking discrepancies in the Y motion curve. These discrepancies are primarily caused from tracking an interlaced video shot. Live has a low pass filter, meaning it only smooths high-frequency changes.
The filter applies to the whole track point, not a selected region.
