Edit joint smooth skin attributes
 
 
 

When you bind smooth skin to a skeleton, Maya assigns each joint some additional attributes. Maya places these attributes in each joint’s Attribute Editor, in a section called Smooth Skin.

To edit attributes with the Attribute Editor

  1. Select a joint.
  2. Open the Attribute Editor by selecting Window > Attribute Editor (default shortcut: +a).
  3. Open the Smooth Skin tab.
