The Compass is a unique map element and automatically added to any new project.
It always moves as you navigate the model in order to let you know about the model's orientation. The outer ring rotates to indicate the line of site. The inner ring indicates the inclination using a virtual horizon as a measure.
The compass cannot be removed nor can you add another. You can only control its visibility.
To hide and unhide the compass |
| 1. | Create a new, or open an existing project. |
| 2. | In the Objects window, scroll the list of objects until you find Compass. |
| 3. | Enable or disable the Compass object. |
