Fillet Flange and Tube Flange now use a Form factor slider to control the shape of the fillet when Continuity is set to G2 Curvature. You can specify either the Center radius or Tangent offset of the fillet (Form factor = Center radius / Tangent offset). The Use Peak Curvature options have been removed.

This makes the behavior of those tools consistent with Surface Fillet and, as of this release, Panel Gap.
