All Windows – Toggles the selection handles in all modeling windows.
Current Window – Toggles the selection handles in the current window.
The Annotation option enables you to turn off the display of annotation text while the selection handlesare still visible.
Picking the annotation works in the same way as picking the selection handle itself.
