A component in the Track View hierarchy list is an attribute of a node under the node that doesn't have a value itself, but serves to hold and organize
leaf tracks that do have values. Examples of component tracks include:
- Material definitions containing all parameters, maps, and sub-materials.
- A material’s Maps component containing all maps associated with the material.
- Single-map components, each containing a single map type and its associated parameters.
- Object components, directly below a named object item, defining the creation parameters of an unmodified object.
- Modified Object components holding all of the modifiers applied to an object as well as the creation parameters.
