After creating some Shot Tracks in the Camera Sequencer Editor, you can change reorder them. Reordering Shot Tracks is useful, if you want to move all muted, soloed, rippled, or locked tracks together so that they do not clutter your view.
To change the order of a Shot Track
) to select a Shot Track, and drag to its new location.
The following image shows the appearance of the cursor and a black bar to indicate where the track will be placed.
The new Shot Track order is also automatically updated in the Camera_Sequencer 
Tracks CameraShot folder in the Explorer.
