Time Offset (at_time) (Expression Function Reference)

The Function Time Time Offset command in the expression editor inserts the token at_time(<T-1.0>, < fcurve-driven parameter>) at the insertion point in the editing pane. This token evaluates the function curve of any parameter at a given time in seconds. Replace the dummy arguments as follows:

<T-1.0>

Replace with an expression that defines the time in seconds at which you want to evaluate a parameter.

< fcurve-driven parameter>

Replace with the name of the parameter to be evaluated. You can use the Object and Param buttons to assist you in entering a parameter name, or you can type a parameter name in directly.

Example

at_time( T+1.0, sphere.kine.local.posy)

Returns the local Y translation of sphere 1.0 seconds after the current frame.
