Frame Offset (at_frame) (Expression Function Reference)

The Function Time Frame Offset command in the expression editor inserts the token at_frame(<Fc-30>, <fcurve-driven parameter>) at the insertion point in the editing pane. This token evaluates the function curve of any parameter at a given frame. Replace the dummy arguments as follows:

<Fc-30>

Replace with an expression that defines the frame at which you want to evaluate a parameter.

<fcurve-driven parameter>

Replace with the name of the parameter to be evaluated. You can use the Object and Param buttons to assist you in entering a parameter name, or you can type a parameter name in directly.

Example

at_frame( Fc-30, sphere.kine.local.posy)

Returns the local Y translation of sphere at 30 frames before the current frame.
