About the Camera Properties window: Position tab

Camera Tilt

To adjust tilt, drag the Tilt (deg) slider.

Default:	Tilted -20 deg:

Camera Position

Use these controls to specify an exact position for the camera.

Look at Position

Use these controls to specify the exact point of the scene to view with the camera.
