Create Bullet Soft Body Anchors

 
 
 

To create a soft body anchor

  1. Crete a Polygon or NURB object.
  2. Right-click it and select Vertex.
  3. Select a vertex on the soft body.
  4. Select a rigid body to anchor the vertex to. If you do not select a rigid body, a new one is created.
  5. Select Bullet > Create Constraint:Soft Body Anchor.

The vertex is now anchored to the rigid body. The rigid body can be animated or simulated with the results affecting the soft body simulation. See Use Soft Body to Create a Cloth Simulation to see a workflow that uses Soft Body anchors.
