Highlights the crease sets in the that are associated with the selected creased components. Only available when a mesh or components are selected.
-
-
Transfers the crease values in the crease sets directly to the mesh and removes the edges and vertices from the crease sets.
Only available when a mesh or a crease set is selected.
-
-
Converts the existing mesh crease values into like-valued crease sets. Only available when a mesh is selected.
-
-
Refines the base mesh by one level of subdivision and reduces the crease values by one. The resulting subdivided mesh is identical
to the original, but contains more faces on the base mesh. Only available when a mesh or a crease set is selected.
-
-
Hardens or softens edges in the mesh to match the current crease set value. Only available when a mesh or a crease set is
selected.
Display
The following options are available when a mesh or crease set is selected:
-
-
Adjusts the mesh shape node's attribute in the section of the so it's one value greater than the maximum
crease value on the mesh. This shows the full effect of the applied creasing values on the resulting subdivision surface.
-
-
Sets the mesh shape node's attribute in the section of the to its default value of 2.
-
-
Creates or updates a color set to represent the creasing values on the mesh. Values range from blue (no creasing) to red (crease
value of 4+). See
Polygon color sets for more information.
TipTo view color sets, your object must be in a shaded mode ().
-
-
Shows or hides the previously calculated crease color set on your mesh.
