Opens the window, which lets you set weight mirroring options for the blend shape, cluster, jiggle, and wire deformers. See also Mirror deformer weights.
Select the plane you want weights mirrored across.
-
-
Specifies mirroring weights about the global XY plane (the default).
-
-
Specifies mirroring weights about the global YZ plane.
-
-
Specifies mirroring weights about the global XZ plane.
-
-
Specifies direction of the mirroring along the specified plane. The option updates depending on which axis you choose, for example: Positive to Negative (+Z to -Z).
When on, mirrors weights from the positive side to the negative.
-
-
When on, creates a new deformer. When off, no new deformer is created.
Determines how the surface components on opposite halves of the object correlate to each other. Select from the following:
-
-
Finds the closest points between the source and target surfaces and smoothly interpolates the weights at those points. This
is the default setting.
-
-
Uses a raycasting algorithm to determine sample points between the two surface meshes.
-
-
Finds the closest vertex component (polygons) or control vertex (NURBS) at each sampling point and uses its skin weight value
without interpolation.
