Referenced containers content

Activate the Referenced containers content option so that the content of referenced containers is not exported. In other words, the containers are exported but their content is ignored.

Note

You can only use the Referenced containers content option when you export an FBX file. If you import this file back into Maya, the contents of your containers are not imported.

Disable this option to export the content of referenced containers. Doing this means that they are no longer references, but instead become objects in the exported FBX file. This is the default behavior.
