Change the visibility of a sculpt layer

Lock a sculpt layer

To avoid accidentally modifying sculpting on a layer you can lock it. The sculpting on that layer remains visible but cannot be edited.

1. In the Layers window, click the lock icon beside the layer you want to lock.
2. Click a second time to unlock the layer.
