This is simple manipulator that shows usage of PickRectStart/PickRectStop/PickRectMotion function calls. It is designed to start and end rectangle selection on double mouse click.

This manipulator can select all models in the scene that do not have any Parents - this means, all roots from rectangle will be selected.
