This chapter describes troubleshooting for Maya licensing and startup.

You do not need to read this chapter unless you encounter problems during the licensing and start up process.

After installation and licensing, if you start Maya and the Product Configuration Wizard and/or error messages appear rather than the Maya main window, you may have a specific startup problem or a licensing problem.
