Once you have a skeleton with a valid skeleton definition, you can create a Control rig for your character. Characters must have a Control rig in order to receive retargeted animation.
 > Create > Control Rig.

                  The Controls tab displays in the Character Controls window.
The Control rig effectors are created based on the structure of the character’s skeleton (defined in the Definition tab).
To change the default appearance of existing Control rig effectors
 > Edit > Controls > Rig Look, then select the effector type you want:
