Detailed Description

Stores a Window's size and location during the current session.

To use this memento:

1. Maintain a memento instance beyond the lifetime of the window it manages, such as by keeping a static memento in the window class.
2. Set up default values in the Window's constructor or XAML.
3. Call WindowBoundsMemento.ManageWindow, passing in the Window.
