Detailed Description

A customization attribute that can be applied to items to indicate that the content of a control is locked - not intented for user customization.

This attribute can be applied to a RibbonItem or something that is represented in the customization dialog to prevent the dialog from displaying the item's children. This allows an item that is meant to have a set configuration to be exposed in the CUI without allowing the user to be able to break that composite component by moving children around within the dialog.

Note that because the children are hidden, then all relevant customization properties for the content-locked component need to be exposed on that component, even if they technically reflect properties of a hidden sub-component.
