During a work session, you can load any other user.

To load another user:

1. In the EditDesk menu, click Preferences.

   The Preferences menu appears.

2. From the User box, select the user you want to load.
   TipThe currently loaded user is indicated by a light blue LED to the left of its name.
3. Click Load.
   NoteAny changes to preferences made in the current session are saved when you load another user.
