Copying soft effects
between segments on the same timeline can speed up your work since
you do not have to recreate the soft effect for each segment. You
can copy a soft effect from a video segment or from a gap.

To copy a soft effect between timeline
            segments:

            - Resize the video track containing the
soft effect you want to copy.

- Do one of the following:

                  - Press Ctrl and
drag the soft effect indicator to any other element, or to a selection
                     of elements, on the timeline.

- Select a timeline element, press Ctrl+# to select a particular soft
                     effect and then Ctrl-drag it
to any other element, or to a selection of elements, on the timeline.
                     (For example, press Ctrl+5 to
                     select the Timewarp soft effect)

 NoteSoft effect indicators
                     turn yellow when selected.

TipYou can press Ctrl+# and drag directly to another
                     element without expanding the segment.
