Upload Logs buttonClick to upload pertinent system logs to Autodesk Customer Support.

NoteSome project and system information is included in the logs.

Upload Config Info Only buttonEnable to upload only configuration information instead of the entire log set when using the Upload Logs button.

Max Logged Days fieldDisplays the number of logged days to be uploaded when using the Upload Logs button.

MTBF Report buttonClick to upload an MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) report to Autodesk Customer Support.
