Fundamental to constructing a process tree is the ability to move, reorganize, and connect nodes in a logical manner. Before you can do any of this, however, you have to select a node.
| To select: | Click: |
|---|---|
| An item | The node or image. |
| A branch | The first node in the branch you want to select. All nodes before it (upstream) in the tree are selected. |
| A process tree | Any node in the process tree with Tree selected. |
| All process trees | Any node in any process tree with All selected. |
The selected nodes are highlighted. The clicked node is outlined in yellow and the other selected nodes are outlined in white.
