At the beginning of every project, you specify the location of your footage, set up user profiles, the project, project parameters (such as logarithmic or linear colour space), and the scenes that contain the reel or scene footage that you are going to work on. During each session, you then select a user profile and project so that you can save metadata for your grades. See Project Management.
