You
can swap any two shot elements by selecting them in the timeline
or Storyboard. The shots can be in different layers.
To swap shots within the same layer or
between two layers:
NoteWhen swapping elements,
the status of the Ripple mode is always Ripple Off.
- In the multi-layer timeline, select two
shots. See
Selecting Elements.
The selected elements
become yellow.
WarningIf the shots do not
have the same duration, the shot with the longer duration is trimmed,
and the shot with the shorter duration is followed by a gap.
- Press Shift+’.
The shot positions are
interchanged.
