Interleave
is a two-to-one process that shuffles the frames of one clip into
another with a regular spacing interval. For example:

            - Setting the spacing interval to 1 creates
a clip that alternates frames from the first source clip and the
               second source clip.

- Setting the spacing interval to 3 interleaves
each frame of the first source clip after every third frame of the
               second source clip.

In both cases, the first
frame of the new clip is the first frame of the first, or shuffled,
            source clip.

- Select the destination reel.
               After a short time, the
                  result clip appears.
