Applying the Tracking Data

Once you track your clip, you must set how that data is applied to the front clip.

To apply the tracking data to the clip:

1. Enable Translation to apply the translation data to the front clip.

   
   

   NoteYou can move the tracker box for Tracker1 in the image to adjust the tracking data.
2. To invert the translation data being applied to the front clip, enable Invert next to the Translation button.
3. To apply the rotation data to the front clip, enable Rotation.

   The rotation is calculated by the relative position of the two trackers in each frame.

4. To invert the rotation data being applied to the front clip, enable Invert next to the Rotation button.
5. To apply the scaling data to the front clip, enable Scaling.

   The scaling is calculated by the relative position of the two trackers in each frame.

6. To invert the scaling data being applied to the front clip, enable Invert next to the Scaling button.
7. In the Animation menu, open the Trackers folder to animate the X and Y position of each tracker.
