An
example of a symmetrically posed model is one in which the features
and layout of the polygon mesh on one half identically match those
            on the opposite half.

         TipCreate a new layer
for your sculpting work when planning to use layer symmetry. You
can merge the two layers when you are finished.

            - Sculpt on one half of the model.

- Using the Faces Tool found
on the Select/Move Tools tray, indicate
which side you want mirrored across the axis of symmetry by selecting
some of the faces you want to have mirrored.

- In the Layers menu,
select Layer > Mirror and select X, Y,
or Z to specify the axis you want
               to mirror across.
               The sculpting on the
half of the model you selected appears on the opposite side (depending
                  on which axis you selected).
