Shows how to create a new camera tracker as a device in the application.

To test:

1. Add the OR - Camera Tracker Template device (drag and drop).
2. Click the Communication tab.
3. Select Simulator.
4. Put the device Online.
5. Create a new model binding. You now have a camera driven by a camera tracker device.
