The Move tool
has different options when you work in the UV
texture editor panel.
- Retain Component Spacing

When this option is off, if you snap to a point (with
grid snapping, point snapping, or pixel snapping), all selected
UVs snap to the same point, bunching them up.
When this option is on, if you snap to a point, the
selected UVs keep their positions relative to each other.
