The Muscle deformer has a set of weights and attributes that let you apply gravity and wind/noise type effects to the mesh. See Force attributes for a complete list of these attributes.

For example, Gravity lets you set a direction, then painted Force weights cause those points to move in the direction specified. Wind settings let you apply a noise-type effect that moves through the mesh at a specified speed and density.
