Uninstalling Maya

You can uninstall Maya in three different ways.

To uninstall Maya for Windows using the Maya DVD

1. Insert the Maya DVD into your drive.
2. Click Uninstall Maya when the Maya Installation window appears.
3. Follow the instructions in the dialog box.

To uninstall Maya for Windows using the Uninstall utility

1. From the Windows Start menu, select Programs > Autodesk > Autodesk Maya 2009 > Uninstall Maya.
2. Follow the instructions in the dialog box.

To uninstall Maya for Windows using Windows Add/Remove programs

1. From the Windows Start menu, select Settings > Control Panels > Add/Remove Programs.
2. In the list of programs that appears, select Maya 2009 and click Remove.
3. Follow the instructions in the dialog box.
