Installing Maya for Mac OS X

Uninstalling Maya

To ensure a clean installation, uninstall any existing copy of Maya 2009 on your computer before reinstalling Maya 2009.

To uninstall Maya for Mac OS X

1. Navigate to the Maya directory (by default, this is Applications/Autodesk/maya2009/).
2. Double-click the Uninstaller icon.

   The uninstaller program appears.

   

3. Select the components you want to uninstall and click Uninstall.
