Compare two KStrings.

Parameters:

	pKeyA	The first KString to compare.
	pKeyB	The second KString to compare.

Returns:

-1 indicates pKeyA is greater than pKeyB, 1 indicates pKeyB is greater than pKeyA, zero indicates they are equal.
