The 3ds Max FBX Plug-in UI (user
interface) has several new features and options for your file conversion.
An Information rollout has been added
to the FBX Importer and Exporter windows that contains the plug-in
version, Web Updates button and access to the 3ds Max FBX Plug-in Help (see
Information and
Information for
the respective FBX Exporter and Importer sections.)
Changes have been made to the M&E
default preset layout to contain options that are new in this version
(see
Export presets and
Import presets.)
An Automatic option has been added to
the FBX Importer and Exporter Units rollout in the Advanced Options
so you can choose to default to the application units settings for
the conversion (see
Automatic and
Automatic for
the respective FBX Exporter and Importer settings.)
