You can now import ICEM EDF files into Alias.

The following types of EDF data are brought into Alias:

• surfaces
• curves
• layers
• construction planes

To open an ICEM EDF file

1. Choose File > Open .
2. Under EDF Options, choose Input Units.
   
3. Click Open File.
4. Select an EDF file from the file browser.
5. Click Open.
