Choose a brush from Paint > Effectbrush > Smear Brush
and use the brush to smear paint.
To smear paint
- Select the image layer you want to smear paint on.
See Select an image layer.
- Choose Paint > Effectbrush > Smear Brush.
- Drag the stylus on the area of the image layer you want to smear.
Tip
You can use any brush as a smear brush by setting to in the window.
