- Previously, trying to snap to a control,
grid intersection, or geometry while in the Transform
> Modify > Proportional Mod tool required that
the mouse be clicked near the point, then dragged a little. This
has now been fixed so that snapping will occur as soon as the mouse
is clicked on or near the point.
