Creates a NURBS surface by resampling and fitting it to an existing surface. You can also generate a cubic surface from a
linear one, and vice versa. The parameterization of the new surface is uniform.
To apply: Select a surface and choose from the Model menu.
To redisplay: Select the generated surface, click the Selection button on the Select panel, then click the Fit Surface icon.
Inputs
Hides all the inputs for the generated object to simplify the display of your scene in the 3D views, or unhides the inputs
when you need to modify them.
Freezes the generator and deletes the inputs. This simplifies the scene once you are satisfied that you won't need to modify
the inputs again.
The number of segments in the corresponding directions. Higher subdivision values produce greater resolution and denser, heavier
geometry.
The degree of the NURBS surface in the corresponding direction: or .
Closes the generated surface in the corresponding direction.
Preserves discontinuities in the original surface caused by multiknots in the corresponding direction. Note that when one of these option is on, the number of segments in the result is never less than the number of segments in
the input surfaces, even if the corresponding parameter specifies a lower value.
