This compound lets you attach (constrain) a simulated cloth or curve's vertices to a polygon mesh constraining object. When
that object is animated or deformed (using any transformation or deformation), the constrained vertices of the cloth or curve
follow the shape of the object's surface.

Tasks: Syflex/Constraints
Output Ports: The Force output plugs into a Force port on the Syflex Cloth or Syflex Curve node.

Distance (in Softimage units) between the cloth or curve 's vertices and the constraining object. When this value is:

Greater than 0, the vertices are constrained to the constraining object with a spring.

Equal to 0, the vertices of the cloth are fully constrained to the constraining object without a spring. This is faster to
compute.

Less than 0, the springs have no compression force.

Stiffness of the spring between the cloth or curve vertices and the constraining object. Increase this value to keep the cloth or curve vertices at the same distance from the constraining object. If you do this,
you should also increase the Damp value.
This parameter is available only if the Distance value is greater than 0.

The damp coefficient, which controls the intensity of the damping effect on the spring. When the spring is very stiff, infinite oscillations (vibrations) may occur. These vibrations can be avoided by increasing
this value.
This parameter is available only if the Distance value is greater than 0.

The point cluster on the cloth or curve object that you want to pin. Plug its Get Data node's Out Name output into this port.

The constraining polygon mesh object to which the cloth or curve vertices are pinned. Plug its Get Data node's Out Name output
